Storytelling Clouds
The photo below depicts the sky this morning, seems foreboding, like a day that would remain cold and gloomy. Yet, it became a beautiful sunny day in the 60s.

Today I am sharing an altered book journal I made and some of my favorite pages. I also posted these on paperartscene.
“Friends… they cherish one another’s hopes. They are kind to one another’s dreams.”

WWI Museum located in Kansas City, Missouri. This is a really amazing museum. Truly, I learned so much about WWI, much more than I did in school. I have many photos that I took during my visit. They will be posted throughout the year.

Are you a dog or cat person? The great debate…
This cat lives two doors down and is so sweet! Actually, he is such a love bug that it is really difficult to capture a photo. He is a former farm cat and no longer has the fields to roam, but he visits all the neighbors and is rarely home.
“As an inspiration to the author, I do not think the cat can be over-estimated. He suggests so much grace, power, beauty, motion, mysticism. I do not wonder that many writers love cats; I am only surprised that all do not.”
~Carl Van Vechten
This is a photo of an old farmhouse that is still standing. It is beautiful! I took the photo of the farmhouse while inside, that is why I know it is still standing! There has been a modern addition built on, but the main part is still how it was originally built.
I love old homes and buildings. There is so much history and stories behind these amazing places.
Do you have any stories about historic or old homes?
